To the Body of Christ: Does My Conversion Create a Great Controversy for You?

  • Are you baffled about what Christ has done for me?
  • Are you so skeptical about my conversion that you not only question Christ, but you also doubt Christ’s ability to save and transform the lives of whomever he chooses?
  • What do you think? That my conversion is only a trap in order to gain access to members within the Body of Christ?
And yet, I have not committed no evil. Only the sins of my past, which I have repented, died to self for, and nailed them to the cross, which has granted me my rightful place within the protected walls of God’s Kingdom. But you still deny me access to which Christ has called me! You question! You doubt! You murmur among yourself. And deny the holiness in which I walk. Why?
  • Is it that you see yourself greater than Christ?

YOU ARE CONFUSED

It is not up to man to divert the will of God by means of his lack of knowledge, his lack of understanding, and his inadequate wisdom. Is it not the case that only God knows all things? Knowing this, if you were genuinely seeking God for insight and wisdom in regards to my case, God would have revealed to you – this is my servant whom I have approved. Instead, you have chosen to believe your own lies.

Your confusion is of your own demise. You self-centered and selfish hypocrites, who think the power is yours to not only judge the unrighteous, but also the righteous. Although, you know, there is only one judge, you choose to omit and deny his ability to take what is unclean and make it clean (James 4:12). And yet, you cannot see that it is you yourselves who are unclean. Your hands are filled with filth. But for some of you, your hands are full of the blood of the saints, whom you have destroyed with your wickedness, lies and deceit. Because you can only see in the dark, but are blinded by the light.

Lola Olson

NO CELEBRATION

I say, wash your hands clean and make them pure again. Submit yourself to the mighty hands of the Lord. Stop calling unclean, what God has called clean. For it is a victory when someone of my nature has been won over to the Lord. Yet, there is no celebration in God’s House because you have sealed the lips of the saints and encouraged them to separate themselves from the saved. Is that not the complete opposite of what God’s word illuminates? For even the angels in heaven shout with a loud praise when one of these one’s have been saved (Luke 15:7-10). So why do you remain silent?

If the Apostle Paul, who was known as Saul, a murderer of Christians, can be converted to one of the most prominent positions within the Body of Christ, why are you not motivated to receive these one’s home?

There are millions that are standing at heaven’s gate, waiting to come into God’s House. But, you stand on the opposite side with great force, refusing to allow the gates to be opened. And God watches with great outrage. For, he has snatched millions of souls out of the lifestyle of homosexuality, and hidden them away in his heart. So you cannot come and take away their new found zeal towards Christ.

Despite your obsession to destroy their hope, GOD IS THE ULITMATE JUDGE. A God of justice. Therefore, the day is coming, and it is not far off, that he will remove you from your high places, and throw you outside to the dogs and wolves, where they will have their feast. They will tear you to pieces for your murderous ways. On that day, he will open heaven’s gates, and they will rain down from their hidden places, into the House of the Lord, wearing their royal attire. For they will be cleansed from their debauchery. And they all will sing in one accord.

The Lord has saved us from the hands of the lion.
He has destroyed his evil plans.
He has acted justifiably on my behalf.
He has saved me from myself.

BY MY TESTIMONY

There Are Times When I Struggle
My Testimony
If there is one thing God has taught me through my experience— is do not keep secrets. Many times He has told me, in many different ways, if I am struggling, shed light on it. If I am being tempted, talk about it. And to never overly worry about who knows, what they think or concern about their judgmental views because I am willing to talk openly and honestly about my challenges. For God’s word says it is by one’s testimony that we are able to be victorious by means of the blood of the Lamb. Revelation 12:11 says
And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony

It Is A Protection
God encourages each one of us to declare what He has done for us (Psalm 66:13-20). For when I am willing to publicly proclaim my challenges, it is a protection for me. And for those who encounter my truth, it helps them to endure, to keep pressing forward. And yet, there are times when I forget that. That my public declaration of my tussle with my flesh, is a protection. When I do forget, God politely reminds me of the days of my youth. I noted the following words one evening from my Father as He spoke to my brokenness.

“To keep silent about your temptation after being delivered only sets yourself up for failure. Remember the days of your youth. Secrecy almost took you to an early grave. But, through it all, I was there. Providing you an escape at your darkest hours. Do not keep quiet. Speak up my daughter. Shed light on this darkness. Show others how to walk this thing out. Unmask the lies. Tear down strongholds. And shut the mouth of the lion.”

Melissa A. Fabello

God Is Glorified
To be honest, who wants to talk about their dirt while they are in it? Who wants to expose any struggles or temptations they may be having? I do! For I have learned that when I shine light on the darkness to help myself and others — God is glorified. When I speak about the things that are trying to overtake me, true and righteous Brothers and Sisters will come running to be by my side. To pray over my Spirit and broken soul. In order to strengthen me and help me to endure. As God’s word says, when I am weak, then I am strong” (2 Corinthians 12:8-10). It is by means of the power of God that enables us to overcome our weakness (2 Corinthians 13:3-5). Our declaration, your proclamation, my testimony is a protection from yourself and from the wicked one.

New Found Freedom Through My Testimony
When I surrendered my life years ago and committed myself to do whatever God ask of me, I meant it. Now, I have to be honest, I did not know He would ask me to be such an open book. Yet, each time I share a piece of me in private or in the public eyes, I find that it brings about healing to my brokenness. And it takes away more of Satan’s power and all those who try to use my past against me.

I am laughing at myself because God has placed it on my heart to share a recent struggle I had. For a minute, I was quiet about it. I was trying to deal with it along. I found myself praying over the matter over and over again with great frustration. Bragging God to take it away.

I couldn’t understand it. This lust I was experiencing towards a certain individual came from nowhere and caught me off guard. I am at the peak in my worship to God. I have rid any and everything from my past. Due to my brief period of temptation, some will have you to believe that my wrestle with flesh from time to time, must mean, that’s who I am. Anyone that believes that or preaches that is reading from the wrong Bible or not reading it at all. For God’s word says two beautiful things about creation. We all are created in God’s image, which gives us the ability to reflect His noble qualities (Genesis 1:27). Yet, we are sinners. We all fall short of God’s glorious standard (Romans 3:23). Any one of us can get caught up in sexual sin, worship idols, commit adultery, practice homosexuality, steal, lie, cheat, etc. (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). But, even sinners can be made clean and holy in God’s eyes. I love the words found at 1 Corinthians 6:11. Despite the fact, if any of us fall into the trap of any of the sins mentioned at 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, there is always a way out. ALWAYS! A permanent exit, if you want it. Verse 11 says, SOME OF YOU WERE ONCE LIKE THAT. Meaning it is in my past.

Christian Drug Rehab

Then I remember that Satan is the god of confusion. And he is always planning his next set up, in order to prove that no human can be faithful to God. I remember that I am born into sin. Therefore, this flesh is always looking for the next high to satisfy itself. I live in a world that floods my perception with its ungodliness. This world is designed to arouse all five of my senses, in hope to get me to fall prey to my fleshly desires. I am surrounded by temptation day and night. All the time. It is practically impossible to avoid it.

Therefore, the key to overcoming any temptations or strongholds and maintain your freedom (i.e. deliverance) is applying what Joseph did as a young man. REFUSE! Refuse to do or engage in the things that is displeasing to God (Genesis 39:8-9).

So, in keeping my promise (my word) to God, I must be obedient and let Him use me as He sees fit. So, I will continue to share my story with honesty and great details as God directs me. For I have nothing to hide or be ashamed of, for it is God who walks alongside me, despite my weaknesses.

THIS FLESH

I condemn this selfish, self-centered flesh.
For it desires what it wants.
Malice, greed, impulses and pride.
Things that are not of God’s will.
Yet, THIS FLESH cheers itself on, only wanting to fulfill its own will.

THIS FLESH is so conceited.
That it even attempts to mislead my heart.
Narcissistic it has become by calling what is wrong, right.
A fool, yes as a fool it endorses what it loves by rejecting holy righteousness.
Denying TRUTH, indulging lust, forsaking HOPE for a single night of unforgiveness.

Why do I battle to deny myself from what is GOOD?
God is good!
But the cravings of THIS FLESH don’t want to welcome it.
So I condemn it.
Beat it.
Into submission because I refuse to position myself to relive the old me.
I choose to be free.
Free from THIS FLESH who only thinks of self.
And refuse to recognize the new me.

So I seal my lips.
And close my eyes tight.
Refusing to call sin my friend.
For there is no victory in the end.

THANK GOD for His grace, love and mercy.
For it is in His strength,
I choose every second of the day, Him passionately.

Yet, sin is creeping at my door.
Especially when it hears I am calling out to God,
Wanting more!
More of Him and less of me.
But, THIS FLESH don’t want this to be.
Me delivered, sanctified, liberated, and set free.
Instead, it craves for that old nature who used to be me.

Instead!
And yet, instead!
I choose Him.
I choose Him.
My MASTER!
My KING.
MY FRIEND.
MY HEAD.

The Conversation That Changed My Life Forever

To put on display, all my skeletons out of my closet is what God was asking me to do – for all to see (Matthew 5:16). Maybe God, did not understand that I was okay, fine with the way I was living. I had no interest in rocking the boat.

BUT GOD, LOL!

The conversations He began to have with me, forever changed my life.

I can remember it like it was yesterday. In January 2014, for the first time in my life, I could hear God’s voice clearly. As if He was sitting in the room right next to me. His voice first sounded as if it was coming from my right. Then my left. Then behind me. And then, suddenly in front of me. At first, I had no idea what was going on. All I knew, I was hearing this human voice I’ve never heard before, but He sounded so familiar. I thought I was losing my mind.

Each time He spoke, He repeated the same thing. “Share your story.” And sometimes, “Tell your story.”

After a month of this, I had enough. So I went to a trusting friend, explaining what I was experiencing. She laughed and softly said, “Deaidre, it’s God. He wants to talk to you. Listen and then answer Him when He calls.”

God! I thought. At the time, I was 43. I had rededicated my life three months earlier (October 2013). Prior to that, I backslide into the lifestyle of homosexuality in 2007, for almost 7 years. Prior to that, I was baptized at age 15 in 1987 and served God faithfully until I left God in 2007. During that time, I never heard God’s voice. And now, He’s talking to me. Not asking, but telling me to share my story.

So in February 2014, I decided to take my friend’s advice and waited for God to speak to me again. And when He didn’t, I took the risk and opened my mouth and called upon Him. It was that conversation I had with God that forever changed my life.

God-driven Election?

All I have to say, IF, this was a God-driven election, would it not bring God's people together as ONE and NOT divide? That's what my Bible says. The movement of God's Spirit unites His people in love and oneness (unifies).

One more question. Would not ALL Christians (God's people) hear the same name (the candidate that God has chosen, blessed and anointed) in our Spirits, IF, this was a God-appointed election? The Bible warns ALL of us that we ALL can be fooled by what seems right in our own eyes (2 Corinthians 4:4; 2 Corinthians 4:1-6).

Warning Message for University City Church

Warning Message for University City Church
TAKING SIDES

There are leaders today, in the House of the LORD, that are seeking more power, position and prestige. So much so that anyone that resemble God’s true power and glory, they will go to any measure to bring that individual or ministry down. One way they achieve this is by causing confusion within the Body of Christ. Being led by their fleshly will and their own selfish motives, they stir up God’s people forcing people to take sides with their proclamation by labeling true prophets of God as false prophets.

So how can we as followers of Christ prevent ourselves from falling prey to the false claims of some leaders in the Body of Christ? God’s Word provides us clarity and a firm explanation. 1 Corinthians 10:11 says, these things were written as an example, a warning for us today. Paul wrote those words in Corinthians, knowing that the people during his era would face similar crisis situations as Moses and the children of Israel. Interestingly, Paul ends that verse with these words.

"… Who lives at the end of the age."

Paul’s words are even relevant to our times. His words grant us insight that the same challenges Moses encountered with the people of Israel, would inflict the Body of Christ today. Just as people during Moses’ era took a stand on the wrong side of God’s Will and paid with their lives. Today, there are pastors and their wives and some of their leaders that are taking a stand on the wrong side of God’s Will and refusing to repent for their sins against God concerning how He is choosing to use other members within the Body of Christ.

LDS Media Library

Before I speak the Words of God, His warning to a certain church within the Body of Christ, let me remind the people, God’s admonishment against the Israelite leaders when they chose to go against God’s true prophets.

At Numbers 16, we can read about the account of Korah’s rebellion against God’s true servants—Moses and Aaron. Korah was not the first that rebelled against God’s divine selection. Nor is Korah and his followers the last. But, what is interesting about Korah’s rebellion is that more than 250 prominent community leaders assembled against Moses and Aaron. That is no small rebellion against God’s anointed. These 250 plus men felt that "the whole community of Israel has been set apart by the LORD". That God was "with all" of them. Although, Moses was the only one God was using to instruct the people of Israel, these men felt that Moses was elevating himself over them.

But what was Korah’s true motive? Was he not there to see all the signs and wonders God was performing through Moses and Aaron? Did he not notice that God did not move with such power through the entire Israel community, but only Moses and Aaron? What did Korah really want? Power! Position! Prestige! He wanted it so much so that he stirred up the entire Israel community against Moses and Aaron to support his false claims. (See Numbers 16:19).

After listening to Korah false accusations, Moses, a true prophet of God, did what all true prophets should do, he sought God for direction (Number 16:4). How did God respond to Korah claims? After giving Korah and his followers instruction from God for the next day, Moses reminded Korah of his position within God’s Kingdom. He said in verse 10 that God had already given Korah and his followers a special ministry.

Anna Diehl

So Moses asked, what more did he want? We are given insight to Korah’s hidden motivates in verse 10b.
"… Are you now demanding the priesthood as well?"
Then Moses gave Korah a final caution of warning in verse 11.

"The LORD is the one you and your followers are really revolting against!"

 FIGHTING AGAINST GOD

Too many leaders are positioning and fighting against God’s divine purpose and plans. We see the rise of other soldiers of God taking place throughout the Body of Christ. As these individuals take their post and begin to operate in their positions, leaders within the Body of Christ see these individuals and ministries as a threat to their programs and traditional structure. Some pastors and other leaders are refusing to accept and work with those that God has positioned and elevated for the purpose of reclaiming lost souls. As a result, we are beginning to see God become very angry and positioning Himself to act out His judgment against some leaders in the Body of Christ. God destroyed Korah, his family and his followers for their defiance against God’s true prophets, against His divine selection, against how He was directing Moses and Aaron. His anger is also set ablaze against the Body of University City Church (UCC).

Some leaders, like Korah, are calling to question instruments of God that are being used for His glory, Will and purpose. So much so that there are members within this body that have on numerous occasion attempted to set plots to destroy what God has birthed (Numbers 23:8). They have gone as far as refusing to repent and turn away from their evil plans. Foolishly refusing to acknowledge that God sees all things and at His Will, He will expose their secret sins before all (Hebrews 4:13; Luke 8:17; Mark 4:22). God is calling UCC to repent as a Body and turn away from your wickedness for the decision of the LORD is in the valley (Joel 3:14).

Katharine Trendacosta

Learn from the lesson of Korah’s rebellion, who did not rebel against men, but against God. God had to prove himself to Korah, his family and all those who followed him. They all lost their lives because of ONE MAN’S SIN (Numbers 16:28- 38).

KORAH'S OUTCOME - A WARNING FOR US TODAY

God’s people. Hear the Father’s warning and separate yourself from people in the Body of Christ that are causing confusion, division and dissension like Korah, Dathan and Abiram. Make sure you are on the right side of God. Do not forget what happened to 14,700 men and women the next day after God destroyed Korah and his men for their sins. Heed God’s warning and not man’s accusations. God instructed his true followers to

"Get away from all these people so that I can instantly destroy them!"

(Numbers 16:45 and also see Numbers 16:21)

In response, God’s true prophets did what concerning Korah’s false accusations? THEY PRAYED! (See Numbers 16:4; 16:22; 16:44-48). We too must stand in the gap for leaders today who are sinning against God and intercede in their behalf— for them, their families and those that follow them. Praying that

1. They will repent.

2. They turn away from their wickedness.

3. That God will show them, their families and those that follow them mercy.

4. That we find strength and courage to separate ourselves from Korah-like men.

5. And that we sincerely intercede on the behalf of Korah-like men.

Katharine Trendacosta
God is about to violently shake His House to cleanse it of its wickedness and of Korah-like men. We cannot sit on the sideline and choose to do nothing. As if doing nothing will spare us of any accountability. If we choose to sit idle, we are making a choice.

God did not instruct Moses to tell the people to sit still. He instructed them to make a choice. They were to either separate themselves from Korah and his clan or be destroyed along with Korah and his clan.

That is the dilemma that has reached the Courts of Heaven for the Body of University City Church under the leadership of Senior Pastor Michael A. Stevens. As an Apostle of God, I am not casting judgment on this Body of Christ, for there is only one Judge. In fact, I have been interceding on behalf of UCC, and its leadership for almost two years now. And I can only speak or pray for what God place in my Spirit or may a curse and judgment be on me (Ezekiel 3:1; 3:16-21; 33:8). But, it is the Holy Spirit that is attempting to get the UCC Body in Christ to sincerely repent of all of its sins, before God decides to act out His judgment.

The Shaking of God’s House—Get Ready!

The Shaking of God’s House—Get Ready!

I was sitting in my living room talking with Prophet Felicia Crawford. We were speaking in great details about the shaking that is coming in God’s House. As I listened to Prophet Crawford share what God has been saying to her, God spoke to me these words.

The Shaking of My House

When you rededicated your life to Me several years ago, you committed yourself to doing and speaking My Will at whatever cost. To beat yourself in total submission for My Will. To deny yourself the joys and fame of this
world for something greater. To march as a High Officer in My military caravan. So when I say speak these words, you will speak them. When I say, do this, you will do exactly that. When I say prophecy this, you will open your mouth and Holy Spirit will speak. So speak these words to the nations.

A great awaken is on the peer. The House of the Lord has awakened. Awaken to a new day. A new birth. A new beginning. God has heard the cries of His people within the walls of His House. And a violent shaking is about to appear in His House. Because His true followers have awakened from their slumber and position themselves on God’s mountain top for the battle. From the hills they will shout. From the mountain, they will clap. Clap a thunderous clap that will shake the House of God’s people. Their roar will cause dead souls to shake. Dead spirits will scatter. Get ready! Get ready! For the season of delay has past. Get ready! Get ready!

A Warning Message

Warning Message for Susan Cottrell
CONFESSION
I will confess. When God revealed to me two weeks ago the content of this month's Assumption, I wasn't shocked, but I was very nervous about giving it. In the past, God has revealed to me certain things about people and certain Christian leaders and their mindset and circumstances. He has even used me to give a word of encouragement or rebuke to individuals in private. But this is the first time, God has instructed me to openly give a direct warning message to a specific person before many.

As I'm typing, my heart is racing. And I will admit I was looking for an escape clause to not give this word. However, my Father in heaven reminded me of the scriptures I have been reading over and over for the past several weeks. Over a month ago, the Holy Spirit led me to Ezekiel 2 and 3. I have been reading these chapters repetitively for over a month. So much so that I have begun to feel I am joined at the hip with the Prophet Ezekiel.

But it is today, as I write out this month's Assumption, that I better understand why I was connecting with Ezekiel's words in chapter 2.

Mike Bennett

3 I am sending you to the nation... a rebellious nation that has rebelled against me.
4 They are a stubborn and hard-hearted people. But I am sending you to say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says!"
6 Do not fear them or their words. Don't be afraid even though their threats surround you like nettles and briers and stinging scorpions. Do not be dismayed by their dark scowls....
7 You must give them my messages whether they listen or not.

Those words, as well as others in chapters 2 and 3 of Ezekiel, have infused my spirit. That despite the words I am about to speak is a hard message to a specific leader within the LGBT community, I am at peace with them because I know they are not my own, but they originate from the Father - a warning.

I hope and pray that Susan Cottrell of Freed Hearts Ministries does not take this as a personal attack against her, her character and the wonderful woman that I have learned her to be through conversations. However, the Father holds several things against her. Since she has chosen a way that has taken her away from the purpose and call He has on her life. He has waited patiently for her to correct her steps. But out of a guilty heart, in her dealings with her own children, she has refused and ignored the questions she has even brought up in her own heart and those He have

Good News Productions, International and College Press Publishing Co

sent her. So now, the hour has come where she has given Him no choice.

She has denounced Him by her course of action. She is making claims to be His servant, but in her actions, are causing confusion among those He has sent her to reach. Because she continually takes a public stance that is not of God. He must address this issue publicly.

I pray that she receives this warning with grace and set aside her pride. And that she repents and corrects her steps so that her place in heaven may be restored.

COTTRELL'S CRIME IN HEAVEN

Cottrell's case is before a just God. Who because of His grace, mercy and love is beseeching the court on her behalf. Appealing to the court of heaven before the Almighty Judge renders His final verdict. For she has stepped to the left, instead of stepping to the right. In order to cover her shame from decisions her own progenies have made. As a result, her failures to provide protection and a safe place for them have led to their demise. Instead of correcting her ways, as well as, theirs, she has chosen to justify their sins by taking a stand on the side of sin. And her sin has reached the nostril of the Judge of Judges with great displeasure. For not only has her path taken her and her children down a road of death, but she has converted the truth for a lie. She has allowed a demonic spirit to enter into her heart and planted and sown this spirit's seed of doubt with great intensity into others.

But it is the God of the heavens, who have the authority to grant her mercy and deliver her from the hands of the devil. But, she must choose this day whom she will serve.

John Piper

REPENT! REPENT from your sins - teaching teachings that are not of God by encouraging some members of the LGBT community to continue in their sins by doubting and denying the power of God. Your claims are untrue.

Cottrell stated to me, "God pulled you out of being a homosexual (correct me if I'm wrong about that). While I do cartwheels for you! I cannot give that message to my readers, because many, many have been promised that if they stick with it and believe God for it, God will deliver them. And they are bitterly disappointed and felt like failures when that didn't happen.

It's something like someone delivered from cancer, or receiving some other miraculous healing, and then holding that out as the best plan for everyone. But as you know (at least with healing), it DOESN'T happen for everyone. (I'm not comparing homosexuality to caner, just that the hope for "deliverance" is similar.)  -- Susan Cottrell

Where does God make such claims in His word? Where does He deny anyone healing and deliverance who sincerely seeks Him? For the Father is a Redeemer and is seeking the souls of all to repent and draw near to Him (Ephesians 1:7, 2 Peter 3:9, James 4:8).

For Mrs. Cottrell knows, there is nothing impossible with God. And she also knows

Robert Henderson Ministries

that God is a God of mercy and grace that He grants mere man the free will to choose if one wants to be freed and delivered from their sins. He grants one to choose for himself or herself if one is willing to take the needed steps to endure whatever things they must in order to ascertain their freedom from sin and death. But Mrs. Cottrell teaches and promotes that God sometimes fail us (See Romans 3). Not true! For His word testifies that He is always faithful and true (Romans 3:3-4; 2 Timothy 2:13). Meaning, God will never fail anyone one who choose Him over their sin. He will always provide us what we need, at the time when we need it to overcome any challenges or temptations.

But Mrs. Cottrell has failed to teach such Bible truths to those who lives she has touched. Nor does she rightfully help them to identify the true villains - Satan the devil and in some cases, themselves. Instead, her teachings indirectly, and maybe in some cases directly, apply and points accountability for such failures upon God, and not Satan. She does not teach and prepare the hearts of those she encourages about the traps that Satan sets for them so that they might continuously fall prey to their sexual impulses such as homosexuality. She does not redirect them to look into their own lives for contributing factors that have led them to their life choice. Or, their own unwillingness to beat their flesh into submission (to restrain and disciple themselves). The real enemy is Satan the devil or one's own self-centeredness, but not God. It is the devil or one's own selfishness (pride) that causes those who are unable to obtain their victory over the demise of homosexuality. Just as he attempted to tempt Jesus. Satan sets similar traps and plots for victims of homosexuality.

DON'T LIMIT GOD

The methodology in the perspective Mrs. Cottrell teaches has led some to believe that God is

limited. God is incapable of meeting their needs. God is powerless.  God is to blame for their shortcomings. Which in turn glorifies Satan and his power. His abilities. Elevating Satan over God. When anyone limits God, directly or indirectly, they apply that He is incapable of doing a thing, without honestly factoring in the root cause of sin - Satan and his forces of demons and man's unwillingness to hold themselves accountable for the own failures. As a result, we marginalize God's power, glory, and greatness.

God is God! He is the King of Kings. He is POWERFUL. He is GLORY. He is UNLIMITED. He is CAPABLE of doing anything (Mark 10:27). And despite His greatness, He wants to give us everything our hearts' desire (Psalm 37:4). But we must
  • Flee from the devil (James 4:7; 1 Corinthians 6:18-20; 1 Peter 5:8-11)
  • Take ownership for our sins and beat our flesh into submission (James 1:14; 2 Corinthians 12:8-10)
  • Submit to God (James 4:7; 1 Corinthians 10:13)
  • Repent whenever we fall short (2 Chronicles 7:14; 1 John 1:9)
  • Hold yourself accountable (2 Corinthians 13:5)
  • Recognize where the root of sin lies (Romans 1:18-32)
  • And STOP BLAMING God for OUR sins and face your own truth
GOD DOES NOT refuse, nor denies anyone who sincerely REPENTS and DESIRES to turn away from sin. STOP repudiating where the blame lies. It is our own fleshly desires that have led us astray. Our refusal to beat our flesh into submission as the Apostle Paul teaches.

We must learn to deny our bodies what it wants and craves. For it is not God who can be blamed for our failures and plummet into sin.

LET'S DO CARTWHEELS TOGETHER

But God is a God who can read one's heart and knows and understands the true motivates when one has chosen to step in the wrong direction. God is a forgiving God. That despite our errors, He invites us back into His bosom, dusts us off and helps to redirect our steps. The Father sees Mrs. Cottrell's heart and has sympathy and love for her. I would love to one day for her and I to be able to do cartwheels together in celebrating the victories of those we have helped to overcome the spirit of homosexuality.

Until then, the Father is standing at her door knocking. Searching her heart once again as He speaks to her in a gentle tone. Repent! Repent! Before your time runs out.
