I passed a woman who usually don't workout the same time I do, on my run back. She smiles and jokingly says to me, "Go, girl!" I stupidly yelled, "Yea, this is the hardest part." I tell no lie. As soon as those words parted my lips, immediately, my entire body felt like dead weight. I felt as if I was literally dragging along over 200 lbs - every step was becoming increasingly difficult. By the time I reach my mark, I realize the stupid error I made - negative thoughts. I had spoken something negative into my life and I felt the immediate results of my speech (Ephesians 4:29; Ephesians 5:4; Proverbs 18:21).
