Based on
2 Corinthians 5:11-21

Reacquaint yourselves to 2 Corinthians 5:11-21, where God has called you, every Christian, to be an ambassador for God. Do you even know what is an ambassador? How he or she performs his or her tasks? Some of you do not.

Some of you understand your responsibility to Christ, so you work hard to persuade others regarding who he is and the gift he brings. And Christ knows the sincerity of your hearts (v11). But some of you, your only goal is having a spectacular ministry rather than acting in the role which you were called – ambassadors for the kingdom. So I ask again, what is an ambassador? What is his or her role? Let me provide an explanation so there is no longer confusion on this matter. An ambassador is an accredited diplomat sent by a country (kingdom) as its official representation to a foreign country (earth or the world); a promoter of special activity as it is assigned by Christ. A diplomat is a person who can deal with people in a sensitive and effective way.

Therefore, I command thee who claim to the title as my ambassador, to stop slaughtering with your words and lack of sincere hearts. Stop evaluating people from your human point of view (v16). For I am a Spirit, mighty in power, and I operate in Spirit and truth.

Gather yourself and reconcile yourself to the love you had at first and draw people to me based on my loving kindness (Jeremiah 31:3). For your task as my ambassador is to draw people to me through love and mercy. For I have already blotted out the sins of the people (v19). Therefore, I am making my appeal to the unrighteous through you for them to “Come back to God” (v20). So you, you so called ambassadors of Christ, stop calling unclean what I have made clean through my offering to God. Instead, make the unrighteous right with God, not through your human eyes or emotions, but through Christ (v21).

We received the interior layout to approve my book, Surrendering: A Blueprint of My Life. Wow! It looks so different. Certa Publishing did an excellent job. And I noticed God has given me my confirmation. Certa listed this book as a first edition. I felt in my Spirit a few weeks ago, God has put on my heart a follow up book. I saw the book title and the concept which goes much deeper than this first edition. I am just excited about what God is doing to help the Church get aligned with His word and His expectation as it relates to loving the LGBT community and the tools He is providing to help those in the LGBT community who really wants to do things His way and not theirs. As He mentioned to me months ago, He wants to open the heaven up. He wants to open the floodgate for those in the LGBT community that are calling to Him. Believe me when I say, He hears the cries and sees your tears you shred in secret. This book is a tool, especially for you to help you to return home to Him without any shame or retaliation by Christians - being made feel unworthy of God's love. I am glad I allowed Him to use my story to help many to come home to the Father.

I have come to conclude after studying Acts 9:1-16 that I am no better than Paul. This brother suffered greatly in the name of Christ. He...

NBC
• Worked harder than others
• Put in prison more often
• Whipped so many times no one really can keep count
• Faced death over and over again
• Five times, Jewish leaders gave him 39 lashes
• Three times beaten with rods
• Stoned once
• Three times shipwrecked
• Drifted at sea
• Many of his journeys were long
• Faced danger from rivers
• Faced danger from robbers
• Faced danger from his own people – the Jews and the Gentiles
• Faced danger in the city
• Faced danger in the desert
• Faced danger on the seas
• Faced danger from men who claim to be believers, but are not
• Endured many sleepless nights
• Been hungry and thirsty and gone without food
• Shivered in the cold and went without clothes to keep him warm
• Daily has his burden for the churches

So who I am to pout when a few individuals band together to attempt to block or hinder what God has placed upon my heart. For I am nobody - just a simple instrument that God has seen worthy to use. So like Paul, I will take pleasure in insults, hardships, persecutions, troubles and in my own weaknesses. For I have a willing heart, a will to suffer for Christ because I have been blessed to see his wonderful revelations and to experience his power through my own weaknesses (1 Corinthians 12:7-10).

This poem, Set Apart, God placed on my heart after hearing my Pastor's sermon today, Atonement. Matthew 27:51 jumped out at me and as soon as I pulled into my driveway, God told me He had a poem He wanted me to write, but I felt He stopped half way through. Then He instructed me to share the poem with Felicia, who I write music with from time to time. After she read it, He said to me, "Let her finish it." So she did. Below is what we wrote together.

When we write poems together, I usually convert them into song, but God instructed me to blog the poem and let Felicia convert it into a song.

Set Apart

Sarah Walton
Background: Set Apart is based on Matthew 27:51, when Jesus’ ransom sacrifice on Calvary set his people free from sin and death, delivering and consecrating individuals within Church for a special purpose.

I see two options in front of me
Two roads that stands before thee
I feel torn, my mind and heart are miles apart

But this is sacred
And I must shake it
And hold on

Cause you have set me apart
Delivered me and consecrated my heart
You split the holy curtain
Shook the earth so I can be apart
Your holy sanctuary, a secret place in your heart

And since you did that all for me
Your blood paved the way to go
Your sacrifice grants liberty
No other sure way I know
My debt was paid on Calvary
Because of you I'm free
To live the life that pleases you
Sanctified, holy and true

Cause you have set me apart
Delivered me and consecrated my heart
You split the holy curtain
Shook the earth so I can be apart
Your holy sanctuary, a secret place in your heart

Cause you have set me apart
Delivered me and consecrated my heart
You split the holy curtain
Shook the earth so I can be apart
Your holy sanctuary, a secret place in your heart

I will not allow the strategies or schemes (Ephesians 6:11), or the roaring (1 Peter 5:8) of Satan or the misconceptions or attitudes of some Christians or the failure by some Christians to apply Matthew 5:23-26 or those Christians who are willing to be used as Satan's puppeteer to cause dissension or division and other sins like these (Galatians 5:20, 21) to be a distraction to prevent me from focusing on my kingdom work in the name of Jesus.

For I gave my reputation to the Father more than a year ago when I agreed to take this journey with Him. Therefore, what Satan decides to plant in the minds of some, or what a person, who are operating in their flesh and not in the Spirit decides to believe because of their own shortcomings or emotional struggles, I am sorry; I cannot control and will not give attention to. But the door is always open for clarity if one wants to do the right thing by means of the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus. Otherwise, your misconception and misinterpretation are your sins and not mine.
