Not Mislead Any of My Brothers

Father, give me the strength to be honest in all my dealings and not let me mislead any of my brothers. The unexpecting attention maybe getting to be too much too fast. Not sure Father how I'm feeling, but I trust You. Interesting how my Facebook post yesterday is beginning to play a role in my life.

So let me remember the wise gesture the character, Nathan Hayes, made to his daughter in the movie Courageous. Let me remember the symbolic ring he placed on his young daughter's hand. Let me remember how special I am to You. Therefore, I must choose wisely and look to You. For You are the only one who truly treasure my heart and the woman I am. So You direct me on this manner Father, for You did not just win my heart, but You treasure it and I should not settle for less.

Autumn Leaves

Sometimes prayer is all you can do when people just don't get it. Or don't want to get it. Take a step back and let God be God. Recognize that Satan will put forth every effort to distort things so people, including Christians, cannot see or understand what God is doing. When it reaches that point, just step back and let God be God. "It's in YOUR hands Father. I've done my part. Now you have to do YOURS."
